We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our Incent direction.

✅ Expected daily tasks:

  • Searching for new partners to expand the UAM (Incentive | offer-wall) network.
  • Maintaining regular communication with 10–15 active partners to ensure smooth ongoing collaboration.
  • Aligning commercial offers and discount terms, launching campaigns, and monitoring their performance.
  • Collaborating with the analyst and network manager to coordinate workflows aimed at improving efficiency and scaling operations.
  • Preparing and providing all necessary information to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
  • Reviewing statistics and traffic quality, evaluating results, and delivering feedback and optimization recommendations.

✨ Qualifications

  • Proven experience in User Acquisition with a strong focus on incentive | offer-wall traffic (2+ years preferred).
  • Proven experience in effective communication and building productive, long-term partnerships within incent-driven campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and attribution tools, including Adjust and AppsFlyer.
  • Strong understanding of product-side processes and the key differences between incent traffic and standard user acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting);
  • English B2 or higher.

💡 What You’ll Be Working On

  • Launching and managing advertising campaigns for gaming and non-gaming vertical (utilities) in social networks;
  • Full-cycle setup from scratch, analytics, optimization, and scaling (TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.);
  • Analysis of campaign performance and ensuring KPI achievement, with a focus on both the quality and quantity of the user base, aimed at scaling high-performing bundles;
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance based on key metrics, including ROAS, user retention, LTV, CPI;
  • Collaboration with internal teams: marketing, motion design, and creative production;
  • Researching and testing new tools, channels, and strategies to drive growth.

✨ What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of proven experience in User Acquisition in social networks (mobile apps/ games/utilities), including planning and execution of user acquisition funnels across Web2Web, Web2App, App2App;
  • Experience working with social platforms (TikTok – as a must, Snapchat, Pinterest; Facebook – will be plus);
  • English – B1 or higher;
  • Proven successful cases with high LTV and low CAC;
  • Experience setting up campaigns with “Conversion” objectives (Web) in TikTok, with a deep understanding of TikTok Pixel;
  • Understanding of the TikTok audience specifics;
  • Experience with web analytics systems, particularly Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for target actions that directly drive revenue;
  • Proven successful cases with high LTV and low CAC;
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting);
  • Experience conducting tests and working with hypotheses;
  • Will be a plus understanding of attribution in general (AppsFlyer, Adjust).

🔎 Your Role

  • Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns in video ad networks (Unity Ads, AppLovin, Mintegral).
  • Work with DSP platforms (Moloco, Liftoff, Smadex).
  • Search for partners and purchase incentivized traffic.
  • Manage the full user acquisition (UA) cycle: testing hypotheses, validating them, scaling successful initiatives, and stopping ineffective activities.
  • Prepare and launch soft launches.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and optimize according to established KPIs, based on key metrics including ROAS.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: marketing, creative production, analytics, product, and others.
  • Research and test new tools, channels, and strategies.
  • Analyze campaigns using tools such as internal BI systems and the MMP Appsflyer to scale effective traffic sources.

📚 What makes you a great fit

  • Experience with different product including web products – as a plus (incent traffic, DSP, video networks);
  • Experience with subscription-based and ad-monetized products (games/utilities);
  • 3+ years of experience working with video ad networks;
  • Experience with attribution and analytics systems (AppsFlyer, Adjust);
  • Understanding of key performance metrics used to evaluate campaign effectiveness: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention, and ARPU;
  • Ability to multitask and work with large volumes of data;
  • Experience in planning and implementing user acquisition funnels across different channels;
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting);
  • Experience conducting tests and working with hypotheses;
  • English proficiency – B1 level or higher;
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in analyzing user behavior and market trends;

Qualifications

  • 3+ years o as a Product Manager in GameDev (HOG/Puzzles genres and participation in projects with high traffic will be a big plus);
  • Experience with mobile casual games, focusing on hybrid monetization: ads + in-app/subscriptions);
  • Real contribution to product improvement and proven success in driving impactful changes (increasing DAU/MAU, revenue, retention);
  • Experience in building and developing projects from scratch;
  • Systematic experience conducting A/B tests and working with analytical systems;
  • Knowledge of general game balance and difficulty curve construction;
  • Understanding of key product metrics and financial aspects how to use them for performance analysis and decision-making.
