What we’re looking for
Cleverside is seeking a talented Product manager /Product Owner, who will join our creative team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years o as a Game Producer / Product Manager in GameDev (HOG/Puzzles genres and participation in projects with high traffic will be a big plus);
- Experience with mobile casual, hybrid casual games, focusing on hybrid monetization: ads + in-app/subscriptions);
- Deep understanding of game economy, balance, and monetization systems, with hands-on experience building and tuning difficulty curves.
- Real contribution to product improvement and proven success in driving impactful changes (increasing DAU/MAU, revenue, retention);
- Proven ability to build and develop projects from scratch and strong understanding of how product decisions affect monetization and revenue;
- Systematic experience conducting A/B tests and working with analytical systems;
- Knowledge of general game balance and difficulty curve construction;
- Understanding of key product metrics and financial aspects how to use them for performance analysis and decision-making.
What to expect in this position:
- Take full ownership of product areas, driving them from ideation through to measurable results;
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize products to systematically improve key metrics, performance, and stability based on data and user feedback;
- Adapt the product to market needs and user expectations;
- Prioritize features and evaluate their potential impact on product performance;
- Analyze released features, comparing actual results with forecasts;
- Design, run, and scale A/B tests to optimize both new and existing functionality;
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and UA teams;
- Build products from scratch and scale them further;
- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive product requirements;
- Prepare product reports and roadmaps for stakeholders and leadership;
- Explore new growth opportunities and monetization strategies in the gaming space.
